Returns
We apply different rules to returns depending on the circumstances:
You’ve bought the wrong item or changed your mind
If you buy something from us then realise you’ve bought the wrong size, don’t like the colour or you’ve just changed your mind, we’ll be happy to give you a replacement product or a full refund (excluding the delivery fee). Just return the item to us, unused and in the original packaging, within 30 days. Certain products cannot be accepted for returns ( please see Returns Policy ). Please note that if you return an item in these circumstances, you will be liable for the carriage charges. Alternatively you can return it in person.
The item is faulty, sent in error or of unsatisfactory quality
If an item you’ve bought from us turns out to be faulty, sent in error, not what you ordered or of unsatisfactory quality, we’ll be glad to give you a full refund, including all postal charges, as long as you return it to us within ten days. In the case of damaged goods, we’ll need you to return the item in its original packaging.
If you return the item by post, please use recorded delivery – we can’t accept responsibility for items lost in the post. We’ll then contact you once we’ve processed your refund. Alternatively you can bring it to the shop in person for an immediate refund.
Our returns procedures don’t affect your statutory rights.
